Scope of construction cost service can be summarized   as follow:-


1. Estimate    cost from the design process with usually has  4 stages
          -  Programming Area Requirement, 
         -  Schematic Design (SD), 
         -  Design Development (DD) 
         -  Construction Document (CD)

for owner to use as a guide in setting policies, such as the construction budget or selling price etc. as well as median price and BOQ Form to use for bid to select the appropriate. 

2. Analysis     of the proposed bid price of each bid as well as instructions on how to 
negotiate the price for the owner to negotiate with the bidder and prepare 
construction contract with the bidder has been selected.

3.   Checking    the change work of the bid by estimate price and report the status of the changed works.

4. Checking     the payment to pay wages and issue certificate of payment for both of payment for the period and final payment from contractor that conforms to the contract.

5. Prepare   the price for the purpose of budgetary control and financial information. As well as for the preparation of the unit price is the price for future reference.

         The company uses special software cost estimation and  Estimation Code 3 formats  the company has developed, the first  format shows the location of the work, the second  format shows the type of work and the third format shows the type of material.  As well as other forms required to show results in different format according to the needs of various departments related in practice.
